At Frye, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we accept returns of unworn, unused merchandise within 30 days of the delivery date.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is submitted, a pre-paid UPS shipping label will be generated for you to print and attach to your return package.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, including all dust bags and tags, and securely seal the box before dropping it off at any authorized UPS location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
